Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg recalls Graphic bathroom mirrors model Round
The recall applies to Graphic bathroom mirrors Round in sizes:
80 cm (article number GB71GCMR80 purchased before July 2021) and 100 cm (article number GB71GCMR10 purchased before November 2021). Deliveries afterwards are not affected.
DANGER
An issue has been identified with the suspension fitting of Graphic bathroom mirrors Round. The connection between the suspension fitting and the mirror glass can loosen, causing the mounted mirror to come loose from the wall and fall down. Thus, there is a risk of injuries.
MEASURE
Please take the mirror off the wall and do not use it anymore if you have purchased Graphic bathroom mirror model Round 80 cm (GB71GCMR80) before July 2021 and 100 cm (GB71GCMR10) before November 2021. We need to replace the mirror with a new mirror with reinforced suspension fitting.
