Säker Vatten installation

Industry regulations “Säker Vatteninstallation” is a Swedish set of regulations drawn up by industry players with the aim of reducing the risk of water damage, the spread of legionella, burns and poisoning. The rules require both the installer to install the products correctly and the product to be constructed in a water damage-proof manner. The system includes authorization of plumbing companies and training of plumbers, supervisors and other relevant professions.

It is primarily the product's installation and user manual that is approved by “Säker Vatten” and products with approved manuals may be marked with the logo from “Säker Vatteninstallation”.
